Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: May 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing a streaming subscription line from our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Usage & Connection Limits

All retail subscription lines provided are strictly limited to personal, non-commercial entertainment use. Each standard account allows for one (1) active connection at a time. Sharing account lines, credentials, or re-streaming media files to multiple unauthorized screens simultaneously will result in automatic line suspension without warning.

3. Internet Requirements & Performance

To enjoy a buffer-free viewing experience, a stable, high-speed broadband connection (minimum 12–15 Mbps) is required. We are not responsible for local stream buffering, degradation, or disconnects caused by poor local Wi-Fi, hardware limitations, or temporary internet service provider (ISP) regional data throttling issues.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because we provide active test trial options to verify channel quality and device compatibility before purchase, all final subscription orders are digital, instantly provisioned, and non-refundable. If you experience an issue, our 24/7 technical support team on WhatsApp is committed to resetting and optimizing your server line to resolve it.

5. Content Disclaimers

The lineup of active television networks, premium live sports feeds, and video-on-demand packages may be updated, adjusted, or rotated periodically to ensure server load balancing and technical maintenance. We maintain absolute rights to modify media listings within the playlist to preserve overarching network stability.

6. Service Interruption Limits

While our technical architecture targets a 99.9% server uptime grid, rare maintenance updates or backend server optimizations may cause minor, temporary downtime. We do not assume financial or legal liability for accidental regional service drop-offs beyond our technical node parameters.
